Banning someone for art is wrong. If the art was encouraging people to commit acts of sexual violence, maybe so, but Tyler isn't. He doesn't speak on those topics anymore and his current tour is promoting his album 'Cherry Bomb', completely wrong with the claimed 'sexist' lyrics from years ago.
He shouldn't be banned because of a minority of dumb fans harassing people either. There's no evidence that Tyler's performances in 2013 led to sexual violence, so there's no reason to ban him now.

I thought that we, Australia have stopped with discrimination against blacks and forbidding a guy to come to this country because he swore and made fun of a women? Jesus then maybe you should remove the whole population cause most of us are bogans or just have the right to free speech so we just talk shit! To that lady.. Grow the fuck up and take it like a man would cause we all know women just bitch/complain

His notably obscene lyrics are an accurate reflection of his past experiences - not an explicit explanation of his morals or beliefs.

Tyler the creator has changed my life for the better, his harsh words are simply a metaphor for actually not caring about what others think.
tyler is not a homophobe or a misogynist.
of course people are gonna be ignorant though. oh well

As a rapper/songwriter/producer, i can speak for alot of people when i say tyler the creator has not only inspired my work but also taught me to believe in myself. And as for his "misogynist" lyrics, its all fun and games to express what alot of people can relate to, no not raping women or killing people, but feeling worthless, like you need to make alot of noise just to be heard at all. Tyler has the most loyal fanbase on the earth and its gonna shake australia if he is banned. Thanks, FIND YOUR WINGS!!

taking away someones freedom be ausepeople are sensitive shouldn't be an option. There are a lot more serious issues which we face yet we criminalise people over petty words. Get real...

This is ridiculous people need to properly research something if they're going to go this far. An understanding of satire helps as well.
