I have been trying to get my employer to greenlight a treadmill in my cubicle. He challenged me, saying that if I could get 11,000 signatures then I could put one in. The treadmill is my expense all I am asking for is permission. Help me get the signatures.

I am looking at a treadmill specifically for Office use that is very quiet 35db (Libraries apparently average 40db).
