TJ McGuinness is a 24 year old individual, who holds a valid New York State drivers license, and a college degree. TJ has never done any form of illicit drugs, partaken in any illegal activity, or done anything, really, for that matter, which could be considered "bad." He is a local celebrity where we live, and lives his life to the most he can, despite being born with a handicap that renders him unable to walk.

This petition is being furnished to help eliminate a second, controllable, and entirely unnecessary handicap from TJ's life: his parentally-instated driving ban. The author of this petition knows not of any of TJ's peers, who are in as excellent standing of historical record, that lack the basic freedom of mobility as extremely as he does. His driving restriction prevents TJ from experiencing life, meeting new people, having new experiences, and is overall a purely negative feature which needs to end.
