dont agree with handle bar law either for some of us are hangers are more comfortable

I Personally will never ride my motorcycle without a helmet but it should be my decision if I choose not to...

It Should be up to the individual weather to wear a helmet or not. Should a driver or passenger in a convertible passenger vehicle wear a helmet??..no is your answer. Let the rider have the choice.. thanks

I am a biker but no longer live in wva. we should be able to to decide if we wear helmets or not. That is our right.

Here we go again. Those who don't ride, telling those that do ride, how to ride.

I'm a motorcycle Rider from Ohio and it would be nice to go for a ride to wva to visit family and not have to worry a bout helmet law

Some of us would like to be able to just keep riding on through at the state line instead of risking pulling off the side of a highway to have to put a helmet on.

This is our right too not wear helmets. If this law doesn't pass. I want my children protected on the school buses with the seat belt law.
