I think it should be up to the rider whether they want to wear a helmet.

It should be a choice. I choose to wear a helmet but I think it should be up to he individual rider to decide.

I was a resident of WV from 1970 till I moved to Ohio in 2009. I hate the state of Ohio, but the only two things that I like about it, is no helmet law or vehicle inspections. I lost my wife in a motorcycle accident in 2007 on Rt 18 by West Union. We were going less then 10 mph when a deer hit us. She was wearing a DOT approved helmet during the accident. She had a scratch on her arm and that was it.
She was on life support for three days before we turned of the machines. I wasn't wearing a Dot approved helmet and survived.

I feel it’s our right as a person to decide if we want to wear one or not. I was in a motorcycle accident a couple years ago and if I would have had one on I wouldn’t have been hear today

I work in ER. I’ve seen the havoc that the road can wreak on the body. I may still wear mine but everyone should have the right to make that choice for themselves.

I believe it should be the choice of the rider to wear a helmet or to not wear a helmet. Especially those with experience. And especially as someone who has put many thousands of miles on a motorcycle.
Let me decide
It should be up to the driver

We should stand and have the right to choose!
Wind in my hair.. set it free
It's the Riders Choice...
