I believe in let the rider decide to wear.
I'm not asking everyone else to take there's off, I'm asking for permission to take mine off.
You can still make guidelines, such as under 21 wears a helmet, less than 1 year mc endorsement wears a helmet.

Wearing a helmet should be an individual choice. If it makes you feel safer by all means wear one. They obstruct vision and sound. And create leverage in accidents.
