If the kids can play sports they can go to school! Kindergartners are not going learn how to read and write through a computer! The mental impact this is having on kids is horrible

It is my understanding that the teachers were behind this decision. They said they did not want to go back to the classroom.

Education is a basic human right. In school learning is essential to our children. Teachers are essential workers. Please get these kids back in school.

I want my kids in school. My house is not conducive to learning as I have some inside construction starting soon and I planned on my kids to be in school to keep the distraction to a minimum. Plus my youngest is on an IEP and in no way is going to be able to get all the help he needs through virtual learning.

Kids need to be in school. It is not healthy mentally or academically to keep them from attending school.

We as parents should have the right to decide how our children should learn. I don’t need the district to decide for me!

We also need the right to make the medical decisions for our kids to the point of wearing or not wearing a mask. That's our right and choice, not yours!

As a healthcare worker that has worked the front line this entire pandemic it is time to take precautions into place and open up the schools. Our kids will gain nothing from hiding behind their computers and it is our right, each families right, to decide!

My daughter is going into 4th grade at Towslee and I work 55 hours a week, I don't have time to home school and have little to no help at home.
I have to work. I need her in school and she's old enough to know to wash her hands, sanitize, and wear her mask without messaging with it.

I believe this decision should be made by the parents taking into consideration recommendations, from the BOE, CDC and statistical information .
