I do not feel the decision was depresentative of the community.

Grandparents are caring for multiple toddler grandkids and aren’t able to help with online schooling. That’s the school’s job to have the kids in school so young children can get the right education that’s being taught. Parent works full time.

In-person instruction isn’t best! The choice was taken away from us! Let these kids go back to school to save their education!

Parents work full time, we can’t depend on a babysitter to make sure their schooling is done and there are not enough hours during the work week to dedicate each day to homeschooling my kids. If I wanted to home school my kids I wouldn’t have enrolled them in public school.

Kids and Parents should be able to make the choice of putting there kid in online or sending them to school because some kids to better with face to face learning so I think we should be able to have the choice

I did not go to Town Hall meeting, but was afraid of all the Negativity. The Brunswick City Schools had All Summer to come up with a plan of action. They are too focused on the new Middle School Development. From the feedback of Parents/ Students/ Staff...about 40-50% wants the kids to do online only( I support that as well) but if you have 50-55% of the the Students coming back Face to Face, why not prepare for that within Covid 19? I was willing to have my children go back 50% online/ 50% online. My concern is my 9th grader who has 5 honors classes this Fall. Some Children ( all) need that Interaction in a school setting.

Parents should have the right to choose what type of schooling is right for their child/children. Please give us the choice like originally planned in your proposal.
