Sports were what grounded me and pushed me to being the adult I am today with out them at such a prime time of growth I would have been lost. Let them be productive in their passion so they can also build to be productive in life. I’m proud of them already.

I think there was at least 300 people there if not more! School districts need to trust their coaching staff.

Let these kids play. If parents are not comfortable sending them to practice then they do not have to.

If the virus is bad enough that kids can’t play then we should be on stay at home orders. Either do it right or don’t bother. Kids are going to play so at least we can monitor it

All the schools should be allowed to open June 1. This will allow the kids equal playing time and the freedom to enjoy doing what they like playing. Taking this away will motivate the kids to further gather outside these restrictions.

With all the State's opening, there is no where for our families to hide from COVID-19. One way or another we will all be exposed to the virus. Sports in many areas have restarted. This does not take away that the safety of players and families remains their #1 priority. Although they cannot eliminate the risk of catching COVID-19, the sporting officials need to keep trying to lessen the impact for exposure by not reinventing the wheel of social distancing practices associated with sports; the AD's and league presidents need to look at other districts, county's and states to adapt best practices they may want to implement for their areas of responsibility; understanding that we are all learning from this virus and some things may change so flexibility is essential.

I think it's just insane that the schools would not all open for practice at the same time. These children need to get out and play. They need some of the normalcy brought back. It only makes sense to have them all playing at the same time with the proper adult supervision. The schools can do that by opening up for practice on June 1, and eliminate them playing without it.
