This petition is to allow Tara Samer to work remotely form Seattle, WA. Tara has been a valuable asset to this team and is vital to it's success in may ways. From the way she always goes above and beyond with her clients, leading the team in upsell and overall positive and uplifting attitude, even from a far Tara should be part of this team. Tara currently maintains one of the largest book of business on the team so should she not be able to keep her current role, it will put a very unnecessary amount of strain on not only the other team members but also on the clients who are used to a level of urgency and detail that Tara has so willingly given them. Please reconsider your decision and keep this team on the current track of greatness it is climbing, let Tara work remotely!
