A Bill that would allow States to decide the legality of Marijuana, essentially banning the U.S. Justice Department and Drug Enforcement Agency from arresting and prosecuting individuals who use, possess, sell or manufacture Marijuana in States where marijuana has been legalized for medical purposes, decriminalized or completely legalized, this federal legislation would amend the Controlled Substance Act of 1970
