This petition's purpose (subsequently intended outcome) is to convince Mr. Darren Tan and Miss Tan Hui Lan of Swiss Cottage Secondary School, Singapore, to change the seats of students Sheng Jie and Pierre Lim back to their original positions. The message is to show that change, is ultimately, bad. The audience are students of 3E1.
