This petition is closed. Victory is ours! The developer has decided to withdrawal the paperwork for annexation for the Mitchell property beside the ball fields!! It's not all official yet, but they are no longer pursuing it at the city level at this time. It is not definite that they won't go to the county for rezoning, but the goal is to put more family-friendly stores and things there.
