This is ridiculous! Stop censoring your audience. This is a marketplace for ideas. If you can't take it, look the other way or change your business model.

How are you a newspaper if you are stifling a person's right to speech? If you ignore a question, that does not make you correct in any way. If Sam Miller cannot comment on your paper, you should not publish a paper. I will not read a censored publication. EVER Good day

Let's be real: Your Tacoma-based paper isn't even Olympian, unlike the person you've banned, Sam Miller. Reverse it.

If you are on the internet, you should expect to get flack from people. If you are doing your job well, you should have nothing to worry about.

Let Sam post on your facebook page. He is smart and he makes people laugh. Sharp as a tack, he is. Does it frighten you?

Banning somebody from posting on a company's site with no malicious intent or inappropriate content is petty. Learning how to adapt and use this kind of attention to their (the Olympian) advantage is the type of thing that could help the Olympian. Every newspaper around the country is getting sadly thin. Imagine a column in The Olympian called, "Sam hates the Olympian." It could be great, like a weekly roast of their own paper. People might respond to that. No body responds to blocked content or banning comments, except maybe a in the form of a petition. Your pride can't save you Olympian. Maybe humility and good humor can.

Sam is a fine man, and funny. Sometimes humor is an asset in a world that takes itself seriously.

Sam's comments are the only reason TO look at the Olympian's page.

Of all the vitriol that gets spewed on The Olympian comment sections, THIS is what gets some banned banned?! Gimme a break.

I think Sam's input is humorous while being scathing and on point. And I've noticed he actually edits before posting, something the Olympian fails at.

Wow, is the Zero getting defensive? Sam's right -- The Olympian lost its relevance a long time ago. It doesn't deserve to be called a newspaper at all, and if this is any indicator, it doesn't appreciate free speech either.
