Sherrod Brumfield is more than deserving of the opportunity to walk the graduation stage and attend senior prom—not just for academic reasons, but because of the extraordinary impact he’s had on those around him, myself included. This is someone who consistently puts others before himself, embodying the true spirit of resilience, compassion, and leadership. When my cat went missing in the middle of a thunderstorm, it was Sherrod who spent hours helping me search, eventually rescuing her from beneath a neighbor’s porch. He’s volunteered at local shelters, tutored underclassmen in math, and even organized a community cleanup after a severe storm, inspiring others to step up and give back. His kindness knows no bounds—he once helped a student he barely knew fix their broken bike so they wouldn’t miss school. Sherrod has been a constant source of support, humor, and wisdom through some of my toughest times, and his presence has made a lasting mark on the school and in my heart. Denying him these moments of celebration would be to overlook the light he’s brought to so many lives. He doesn’t just deserve to be there—he belongs there.

Roddy is not just a regular person in the background, he outshine has a personality that changes people. Roddy has led with me during football and overall gave me a chance to excel in a sport I didn’t believe I could and pushed thru it with my other brothers. Roddy is not just as well a motivational leader but as a protecter. He would ensure that no harm was done to us. Roddy deserves the chance to walk the stage and be with family and friends. Let not strip him of his moment to be with family. Rosemont please reconsider your decision and please have a different point of view on Roddy. I would ride and die with my brother and if you guys don’t do something about this. I will protest for him my brother.
