As Richard’s supervising department chair from when he was hired in 2016 until we all went remote in March 2020, I can attest to his flawless work output and his professionalism with colleagues, administrators, students, and faculty. If his medical team supports this, we should support Richard.

It would help all the secretaries so much if he can work remotely. He can do the faculty grids remotely as well other assignments that are time consuming.
