I thought the objective of Third Thursday was to get people together and promote local businesses.
My daughter( a veteran) and her husband own and run Rayzor's edge. They have a great staff working daily as well. They participated last year in this event with no problems so it seems ridiculous to keep them from participating this year. Their store attracts a lot of customers to downtown Joplin. Those customers likely shop at other downtown businesses while they are in the neighborhood. Common sense would see this as a benefit for everyone. Brandon's custom cerakoted firearms are really a work of art!
