We can have extra curricular activities. There’s a difference between having 2000+ kids in Roosevelt and having 14 girls on the volleyball team wear masks and disinfect everything. We need extra curricular for kids who have nothing else to look forward to.

Let them play , for kids in the inner city. It can be the only escape from the streets or problems at home., And it opens opportunities for college. That most wouldn’t be interested in without sports ! LET THEM PLAY

Sports play a huge role of a high school students success. It provides structure, support, and in some situations, an even safer space for these athletes. As a current head coach, we are following all guidelines and safety put out and everything has gone well. These athletes need sports to keep them on track in school and in their normal routine!

I agree with this petition. I have a student who is a swimmer and bowler. We have seen safe social distancing and precautions had been taken to where no one was infected with Covid-19. There is a safe way of doing this and you need to see the schools who are LARGE districts cannot go back to face to face learning the way the state wants them too!! Continue with the decision the districts has come up with!!!
