This petition is regarding all the businesses taking over Bredell & surrounding areas.
As Residents/property owners, we want our voices heard and the businesses stopped from invading our once, what was peaceful areas.
Companies opening next to residential properties is just not on, specifically the illegal & incorrectly zoned ones, which the City of Ekurhuleni do not bring to book.
The trucks taking over our roads etc etc.
Residents do not want to be pushed out of their properties, nor have the feeling they are living in the middle of a commercial area.

The petition will be handed over to the mayor of Kempton Park and if it is not actioned, the next step will be an appeal to the constitution court.
We have rights as property owners & residents.
There needs to designated area's for businesses that do not encroach on the Residential/Agriculturally zoned properties.
