Per the current HOA rules, freestanding and cemented basketball hoops are not permitted to be visible. Please sign the Petition to allow residents to keep the basketball hoops upright in the driveways instead of having to move them each day. We are asking for the support of the residents to amend the rules in the homeowner's association docs to allow basketball hoops to remain. We think that children should have the right and be encouraged to play basketball outside with their family & friends!!! Also allowing residents to keep the goals upright reduces the wear and tear on them, yes it says they are portable but they are not meant to be moved everyday.

It warms my heart and brings me so much joy to see kids playing outside with their friends! We allow any and ALL kids or adults to play on our goal - so it's aways operational!!! I will always support our kids staying active!
