YES this petition would be going around if it wasn't this particular group of boys and I know this because my daughter started it and she did it because she felt it was the right thing to do. She's doesn't hang out with these boys, honestly she's hardly talk to them but that didn't stop her from doing what she felt was right. Let's not act like a saint WE blatantly disregard other adults all the time NOBODY is prefect, look down at your speedometer next time you're driving, breaking the law? I don't know the last time you had an 18 year old living with you but they are definitely not adults. In fact studies show that the region of the brain that inhibits risky behavior isn't developed until the age 25. Ask a car insurance agent why rates go down after the age of 25. These boys should be punished, but a more appropriate punishment.

Let them have this once in a lifetime memorie!!

I think they deserve a punishment, but they deserve to walk. Think of the families and all of the hard work they put into their schooling.

I don't really think the ceremony is important, but I don't believe that the parents should have to miss out on this moment.

I know as a parent... I would be devastated if my child... after working so hard to accomplish graduation.... and not get the pleasure of seeing them make that last walk of childhood... into adulthood! Give them restitution... Let them walk! Better believe I will be there at the meeting to voice my very loud and angry opinions . Lol good luck boys!!!

Let them walk!!!! They did wrong but no need to strip them of their confidence in themselves. They did earn it (a lot of kids don't even get that far) it is a once in a lifetime thing.

It was a harmless prank. I can not lie that's so dangerous, yes they should be punished. But should be allowed

The way I see it and many of you will disagree but I do not think they should not be allowed to walk. Yes, they worked hard for this day but they were all also told that there were no senior pranks allowed and what the consequences were going to be. They chose to blatantly deny authority and do what they wanted anyway. They expect to be treated like young adults but yet they act like children and expect to be given a free pass because they have worked hard and have good grades. Would this petition even be going around if it wasn't this particular group of boys? I believe it would not be. My opinion. Like it or not. They should not walk.

Let them walk. Yes breaking into the school via roof hatch is not a smart idea, they never entered the school. They are Seniors and all Seniors in high school do a prank. It is a tradition and some try to out do the class before. LET THEM WALK!!

I believe, they should be allowed to attend! This incident is very minor!

Please don't take their 12 years of work away over one incident!
