We, the undersigned, respectfully ask the school administration to reconsider the decision to let Oscar go.
Oscar is an exceptionally hardworking and dedicated employee who consistently goes above and beyond his responsibilities. He is a true multitasker who handles a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the school. Whether it involves vehicles, buses, air conditioning systems, or countless other repairs, Oscar always steps up and finds a solution.
His knowledge, skills, and willingness to help make him an invaluable member of the school community. Many of us have witnessed his dedication, professionalism, and commitment to keeping the school running smoothly.
Rather than losing such a valuable employee, we believe the school should consider providing him with additional support by hiring another staff member to assist him. The workload he manages is significant, and his contributions deserve recognition and support.
