Please reinstate, being able to join older, OCs
I feel very passionate about this because a friend of mine passed away last year, and I was still able to join her OC’s, but I can’t any longer!

This is one of my fave features of Smule and I’m totally disappointed at the idea of this option being removed. It feels like it’s operating from a “scarcity creates demand” standpoint which I loathe in a terrible economy already. The principle of it just seems wrong.

Please open all the old songs again. Many of us have been with you for years,, me 8!! And when we’re sick or life gets in the way, we miss great ocs.. thanks for understanding

I loved that you could join expired OCs. Especially someone who is busy I don’t always have time within the 7 day period to join!

We can choose to close our OCs if we don’t want people joining them - bring back the lack of expiry!

I am not just disappointed but angry that you took away the open-ended join and reverted to the 7-day auto close. I have had recurring health problems that prevent me at times from joining my friends during the 7-day open period, and it was so uplifting to be able to join them when health permitted. Now you've taken that away. The day before your "upgrade" (which was actually a downgrade), I had a woman join a song I opened more than a year ago, and it was beautiful! Things like that will never happen again. Please go back to the open-ended join option.
