I believe that it is not fair that Noel is permabanned from the CC, and we should let him back in because first of all, he is at all of the events, even though he is banned, he is still participating. The second thing, he is always on Team-Speak, and not very many people are. Third, he is hella strong and is a great addition to the Exigence team.
