Can’t quite understand why the league would rule this way as he has only played 3 seasons thus far. Allow Noah Kaplan to play his fourth and last season of high school hockey.

Noah is a great kid and a team minded person. He is loyal, hardworking, and should have the opportunity to play for his high school. Give him a chance to contribute and to build memories.
