Let Mrs. Souisa Continue Teaching at La Mirada High School

She is such a great teacher to have and really cares about her students as individuals. She really knows how to teach a class and keep it entertaining while we learn which is rare for a teacher to do. She is young and relates with the students more than any other teachers and she has traits that is rare to see in a teacher. I learned the most ever in her class because of her. She deserves the teaching position at La Mirada the most out of anyone and really has made a huge impact at this school that no one will ever forget.

I had miss souisa as a student teacher for us history and she was great. She was super nice and understanding. She made learning the information more important then just a grade for the student. She always prepared us for test and assignment. I think she is worth keeping

The school district is utterly foolish for not rehiring Mrs. Souisa. She’s the one teacher i’ve had in my life who’s made all her students feel like they matter. Her drive and commitment to educate her students will be unmatched by anybody else. She deserves the position. REHIRE MRS SOUISA.

I had Mrs. Souisa as student teacher for my first semester of world history and she always provided extra help when needed and always went in depth with what she was teaching.

Mrs. Souisa is a competent and truly passionate teacher who cares deeply about her students and teaching them. She is vital to La Mirada High School because she is such an integral and treasured part of our faculty that it would be devastating for this school to see her go.

Mr. Sousia is one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. She works hard and is an open ear to all students and has helped not only me but so many other students with school, life experiences, and other things and it would be a mistake if she is let go.
