My daughter has not stopped whining ever since she found out about Mrs. Nockengost being replaced, and I personally wish to stop that immediately, so please let her stay

Mama Gost has been such a close friend and teacher over the years. As a class we've grown over our high school years with her by our side to help us. We've all been through so much together including trips and competitions and I can't even imagine business class without her.

Although I was never technically in Mrs. Nockengost's class I spent a lot of time in her classroom or after school helping a close friend of mine succeed in her competitions for BPA. Mrs. Nockengost welcomed me with open arms and treated me as if I was one of her students, and for that I greatly respect her. She's strong willed, good hearted, and will do everything in her power to make sure her students succeed to the best of her ability. Many of her students have successfully been to numerous competitions, including nationals for BPA. The fact that she is being bumped from her position that she loves and has so much passion for, is absurd. She should not have to lose something that she has worked so unbelievably hard for. I sincerely hope that this petition follows through and that Mrs. Nockengost can stay and continue to teach the High School of Business Class at Ellet High School. She is the best option for this position regardless, and it would be a tremendous loss to that program.

For what it's worth, Ellet really needs to let Mrs. Nockengost stay. I only had her for a year but she was one of my favorite teachers that I've had. She know's what she's doing and has a great relationship with her students. By letting her go, Ellet would be losing one of it's best.

As a parent of a graduating BPA/HSB student, I am very dissapointed to hear about the change in positions. Mrs. Nockengost has helped tremendously in our daughter's life and taught her amazing life lessons.

Words can't express what a great teacher and mentor Mrs. Nockengost has been to me this past year. I transferred to Ellet for senior year, and she is one of the few reasons I actually had an enjoyable and productive time there. Letting her go is a mistake that will hit the current students hard.

Mrs. Nockengost is the reason I'm the person I am today. Speaking on the behalf of myself and my fellow classmates I can say with certainty that no other person is right for the job than Mama Gost. She has the experience and the expertise that not only gets her students to nationals but gives them life long lessons. She understands her students and connects with them like no other highschool teacher ever has. Mrs. Nockengost is the most wonderful woman, mentor, and friend I have ever had. Keep her at Ellet, with her family please.

While I like the way these students are all for keeping "mama gost," the way the petition almost seems to attack Mrs. Ebner isn't something I agree with. I respect and agree with the fact that Nockengost would be a good teacher for future students, I also agree that Mrs. Ebner would as well. Mrs. Ebner was my tennis coach and she made a connection with my teammates and myself and I loved being on her team. Just because you have a current connection with one teacher doesn't mean you can't make one with another. I agree that Mrs. Nockengost is a good business teacher and she clearly does have a good connection with her students and I think she should remain the business teacher because of her personal and professional skills.

Mrs Nockengost is an amazing teacher and has helped me whenever i needed it, whether it be in the class or outside of the class. She is a fixture for Ellet's chapter of BPA and you cant take her away.

She helped me through the critical parts of my life and made me accelerate to where I am today as a mentor, leader, and productive member of society. She has gone above and beyond what a teacher should actually do.

Going into my senior year, it wouldn't be nearly the same to not have the woman who has been the most influential to me throughout high school, to not be teaching during my last year of the HSB program. She MUST stay at Ellet High School.
