Shame on you Howell High School!! Sports is about more than just winning!! I don't know Michael but it seems he would be an asset to any team in my book, not because he has a disability but because he shows true determination and has never given up on your team even after being turned away year after year! I'm sure he could teach your coaches and students more in one season than you could ever teach them in a lifetime! Good Luck Michael the parents from Old Bridge support you 100%!

I read your article online and it was truly heartbreaking, I just don't understand some people in this world. Good luck to him! He sounds like an amazing kid! I wish I could bowl anywhere near the 100s!

Throughout my years at Howell High School, I have spent time and helped these wonderful students during my gym period and I feel Michael should be allowed to join the team. We should support not only Michael, but many other students in the austistic program to join sports. They are in high school and should feel like any other Howell High School student.
I'm sure that this can be worked out.
