liability is no excuse to deny someone yhrough a SCHOOL program. There is so much more the school could have done to accomodate the student. If Mikey is competetively apt to make the team and be an asset it shouldn't even be a question. What do these actions teach us about modern discrimination? It still exists and this is living proof of it.
