This petition serves to plead with the Rookie Blue writers, showing that the McCollins shippers are still here & haven't lost hope in our two favorite characters (Andy+Nick). If wish to show Andy McNally as a great officer with good instincts and all grown-up, Officer nick Collins is the right man for her. We never doubted that McNally loved Swarek but in real life the fact that you love someone doesn't always mean that you'll be with him/her or that a relationship would work. With Swarek there are these sparks but a woman doesn't need only a fiercy passion, she needs stability in her life. Nick Collins is a romantic, loyal, friendly man that can give Andy that stability... She'll be always pickering with Sam & although he's trying to change, his bossy side will eventually come up. With Nick they're equals, they're friends, they're true partners... He makes her better, he trust her instincts, he understands her, he's a better man with her, maybe his fear of commitment will fade because she's his true love, she's his best friend... In order for a relationship to work, a couple must be most of all friends because lust, passion? they fade with time. You need to have your pillar right by your side.
