Let the cat stay in the store, his home of the last 4 years. That's 4 YEARS! 4 years where he did not attack an elderly customer or a child. 4 years when he did not cause any Health & Safety issues. Evicting Mango because of internet jerks is not the right thing to do.

For shame. Mango was not causing any harm and giving the patrons a great deal of joy by his presence. To dump him outside in the rain was not only cruel but irresponsible.

There are a million GOOD ways to handle this situation in which everyone, including Mango win. You've chosen a quick, thoughtless approach involving a LIVING BEING who has done nothing wrong other than trust people. Make this right, by either finding a way to allow Mango to stay inside, in a way that will satisfy codes, etc., OR find him a loving, warm, dry home where he can continue to love and live peacefully. At this point, Tesco has chosen the worst "solution" that solves nothing other than to alienate everyone, especially Mango.

Your actions are shameful. That cat has trusted you for four years and brought joy to countless people, and now you have turned against him. You are setting the worst possible example for anyone. This has reached all the way to the US and I would boycott your store if i lived there. That cat is SO LOVABLE and you did the good deed for four years by letting him stay. Now do the good deed again and bring him back. There is not enough love in this world and you have just made it even more heartless.
