Let them do the speech

Chris Tully had a positive impact on my life and a profound impact on my brother's. Censoring the speech of students is inexcusable, as is suppressing the memory of a man who believed in what he did wholeheartedly and deserves to be celebrated.

Let Lucia Speak! No to Censorship! Voters in the district please remember to remove the GESTAPO from our schools. Screening and censoring our students speeches is what Adolf Hitler was proud of!

This student should be able to pay respect to her teacher who passed away. The school is wrong to ban her, both on a Constitutional and ethical level.

Honor not mourning. Even a few words would be nice.

If this teacher was so important to the students, why not let them speak about him? Please reconsider your decision, and don't make a spectacle of this special day.

the administration is absolutely wrong, if this man made an impact of his students then he should be spoken about and remembered!

Talk about him, talk about the good he did, talk about his disease and maybe that would help someone else! Horrible to take her off the speaker position! Let her give her speech no holds barred.

He was an amazing man and teacher.... They put a plaque with his name but his name can not be mentioned??? Disgraceful

As many of you know this man was my multimedia teacher whom passed away a few months ago I believe he should be said at graduation he impacted me and other students.
