I want to thank everyone who supported the belief that graduation was not only a time to celebrate our accomplishments as graduates, but to honor the memory of our irreplaceable teacher, Mr. Tully. The amount of support I have felt over these past few days is indescribable, and I cannot express how grateful I am to be a part of such a united community. As I delivered my speech, my voice was no longer my own- it was a thousand voices combined. This could not have happened without your support. United and triumphant, this one's for you, Mr. Tully.

A friend and fan of mine has brought this to my attention. I find administration officials said Lucia can't speak is disrespectful and unconstitutional. Freedom of speech is a inalienable right.

Students need to remember their role model that they all adored and continue to admire. It is our years in high school that we remember those whom have made an impression on our lives and the memories will stick with us forever. I support Lucia.

To the administration of MBIT- Never ever under estimate the Power of the Press and those students who have no fear in using this power. To keep Chris Tully's memory alive, going forward, I would like to see a Chris Tully Scholarship to be awarded each year at graduation to a student who has exhibited the passion, the ideals and love of learning exemplified by Chris Tully.

Im terribly upset that ignorance of depression still exists. We're all here to learn. Each and every one of us. Shameful that anyone would want to hide the reality of life from any of our young. Instead, please celebrate every moment we've had with our cherished educators. Please.

I do not know why the students are not allowed, to say a few words about Mr. Tully at their graduation. If it wasn't for Mr. Tully, these kids would not be as successful as they are today. He encouraged them to be, who they are today. Rest in Peace Mr. Tully, you may be gone, but your memory will linger on, God Bless!

She should be able to mention a teacher who had a positive impact on her life. Who cares how he died. It's a shame that there is a stigma attached with suicide my brother died in the same manner. Its wrong not to honor a great teacher/mentor
