What he did is wrong. And I believe that he has to face the consequences of his wrong deeds. But we are only humans and we made mistakes. Everyone deserves a second chance and so is he. I know he has to pay for his wrong actions but let's not remove him from CNBLUE. CNBLUE won't be the same without him.
