Everyone deserves a second chance and I believe he regrets his awful actions years ago and will willingy accept the pair punishment. As long as the police didnt punish him yet, the retirement from the band/industry is out of the question. Everyone is a sinner but the most important is the willingness of changing ourselves for a better person.
