I believe that Leah is a responsible individual who would make a fish a very lucky fish. Leah already has a name picked out, Paul Anka, and is willing to make all the sacrifices necessary. Leah will sign Paul Anka up in many fish competitions, will give Paul Anka the right education, and not forget to feed it. Leah will make a beautiful fish owner and will treat Paul Anka like herself. As I sign this petition I think that Leah should be aloud to get a fish. She is always ready for new experiences and will love this fish and will care for it. Leah is very good in class and barely talks so I know she won't talk and disrupt Paul Anka from sleeping when he takes naps. I am confident Leah has done research and will not take no for an answer and will keep trying till she reaches one of her many goals in life.
