Kyle Rittenhouse was found NOT GUILTY by a jury on ALL COUNTS after reviewing the preponderance of the evidence in a trial and acquitted in a court of law.
Therefore, he is free to apply to and attend any college or university of his choice, including University of Arizona and to do so safely and without harassment or intimidation.
Attempts to prevent an acquitted person from attending classes, either online or in-person are unconstitutional and a violation of that individual's civil rights.
Please support the cause of justice for Kyle Rittenhouse and every individual acquitted by a jury of their peers to live their lives, work and attend the educational institution of their choice free from harassment and intimidation.
The focus of this effort remains the preservation of individual civil rights and the principle of due process. I am currently monitoring the official responses from the administration regarding the expectations for student conduct on campus.

The momentum behind this petition highlights a significant commitment to the principles of due process and equal educational access. It is encouraging to see so many individuals unite in favor of upholding the rights of an acquitted student.

Kyle Rittenhouse deserves to go to the college of his choice. He’s been through hell thanks to the main stream news media.

He's been acquitted by a jury of his peers. He's free to attend ASU, and mob intimidation tactics from student groups should not be permitted to violate his or any individual's civil and constitutional rights.

Kyle Rittenhouse has a right to attend the college of his choice as long as he fulfills the requirements. He is a mature, intelligent, mild-mannered young adult. His safety needs to be guarded from the people that want to harm him.

Kyle was found NOT guilty on ALL accounts. Let this young man have his choice of where he wants to go to college. The college should be PROUD to have him attend! Let him get on with his life.
God Bless him and his family!
