Sometimes life throws things at you when you least expected it that shouldn't mean that she should not be able to graduate everybody goes through something people should be compassionate and realize that life isn't always easy and maybe doing one good thing can make it a little easier.

She has worked hard to reach her goal and should be allowed to graduate, given she has everything she needs to do so!

Regarless of whether or not she attended all her classes she worked for that diploma and she passed her classes. There is no legitimate reason to deny her the opportunity to walk the stage with her peers. With regards to being a bad example, as a graduate she will not be influencing younger grades to skip class as all she is doing is getting a diploma. Walking across the stage isn’t an act that would have any negative influence over the student body. If anything it may motivate younger students to try harder in school if they see someone graduate early. I hope this girl gets to grad with her friends. This seems very unfair to me

This seems to be intolerably unfair, particularly as she has passed all her class assignments and extra classes as well.
What on earth is the matter with your school? Is the policy written in the school policies??

This young woman is an inspiration. I myself wasn’t in full attendance during high school but I met and often exceeded the standards set for academic success. I had my share of challenges as well. The attendance record I had never affected the dedication and achievements I have since shown in my careers. I have helped countless people improve their quality of life and I appreciate that we are each unique and have different learning styles. Overcoming challenges and focusing on healing are two qualities of uplifting leaders, of which we need more of in our times.
