I am a teacher at Wakefield. Katie is a remarkable young lady. I am ashamed that our Principal would not allow Katie speak at graduation. As a community & school we should come together to support this extraordinary student. One night should not affect the example she has set for Four years. Shame on those who are not on Katie’s side.

A girl works harder than everyone in her class for 4 years and spends hours and hours on community service and trying to make her community better , Katie is one of the best people I have ever met and no matter what has a smile on her face through any situation , I don’t think administration should have the right to strip away what someone worked so hard for over one stupid mistake . Love you Katie !
