i agree : While he can be sometimes too personal in his comments, his humour, and tongue in cheek comments very often triggers people to consider the underlying assumptions/intentions of statements and questions.

I believe that we should not ban Singaporeans who can contribute positively to the chat and make it more engaging. As mature adults, we should only ban them if their presence poses a risk to the welfare of the chat group aka scammer that will scam our people money away.
