I'm 58 and love this original series, there is so much more to build on. I wish HBO would consider the fan base and not just ratings, after only 2seasons. The L Word stayed on and wasn't half as interesting. That show stayed on way too long. Give it a chance,its one of NY highlight show, and look forward to it. HBO is jaded by money, but we can watch True Blood, yuk but they keep. that on the air. This still has great potential.

It's a must keep! Queer as Folk is so old and depressing to watch. Plus, i'm in love with Patricks mom. Everything is just so well written, and it's too fresh to cancel. I connect with so much.

Not only is the plot amazing, the show is one of the few i find relatable, but not in the std or drug-addicted way.
