I have spent the last few days looking through my old archives and remembering why I started capturing these moments for our players in the first place. The silence from the administration is frustrating but I am busy preparing a formal presentation to show them exactly what they are taking away from these families. Thank you for reading the stories people have shared here because they remind me why this matters.

Seeing this kind of momentum reminds me why I have spent these past four years on the sidelines with my camera. It is deeply moving to know that so many of you value the heart of our football community as much as I do.

Photography is a hard career to build. A hefty portfolio is a helpful tool to getting clients and becoming well known. The only way to get high quality pictures is to be up near the action.
This is unacceptable for a school to stop a student from doing what they love the most. Every high school has yearbook photographers or students who have their own photography company that can take pictures at sporting events. I myself was a student like this at Harlandale High School. Being a student taking photos at events was such a great way for my portfolio to develop so much. I believe every student should have this opportunity to do so.
Sad to take this away her Senior year. Let her stay on the field and continue to capture memories for the team and fans.
The school should be supporting students and their work! Depriving someone of doing something harmless that both themselves and the community love is disgusting!
Haven works really hard to provide photos for the school and should be able to continue like she has in previous years.
Who ever wants to help haven in her cause let it be know this person who works at the school is allowed on the field and also sells a membership to see the pictures he takes on the side to support his passion of photography so if she can’t be on the feild I say he shouldn’t be able to be to sell memberships to see pictures he took on the field all his pictures should go to the Sealy 50 dollar package plan and he shouldn’t make any profit off the students punish one punish all doing the same thing.
Let her shine ✨ it won’t hurt nobody

This is outrageous, how are you going to let the girl take pictures for 4 years, leaving an outstanding impression due to the great photos on many that attend your school. Is now during her senior year to make her stop taking photos in order to make money? I don’t completely even understand how you are to make money by taking her ability to take photos on the field! Let her take photos. It’s not that big of a deal.
