I have first hand experience with Texas City and its inconsistent discipline practices.....in short let the student walk. He was a victim and not the offender, he shouldn't be punished worse for protecting himself.

I think this is COMPLETE bs. He start the fight yet he gets punished for it? Come on now. That's ridiculous. I believe if you attend school and graduate you should walk... Graduation is not a privilege. He earned the chance to walk.

Where would we all be if Jesus had not showned mercy and grace towards us? Exavier deserves grace in this situation. High school graduation is one of the greatest experiences of a young mans life.
