David has taken both Volleyball and Soccer pictures of my daughter. My parents are both ill and his fabulous pictures allow me to show them the games that they cannot attend. The memories are so awesome for my parents to see and we appreciate his talents.

The class of 2016 was cheated at graduation from wonderful candid photos of the evening. Only one photo was taken of our son and we were required to pay for less than a great shot by the contracted photographer. The second guaranteed photo was lost due to a card failure of the photographer that evening. I agree, let a volunteer, volunteer.

I think David should be able to take pictures whether a contracted photographer is present. Not everyone can afford her high prices, so that is excluding many people from obtaining images of their children. David never charges for his pictures and we are so thankful for the gifts that he gives us freely!!! I also do not have pictures of my son from graduation because the professional contracted photographer's memory card didn't work. Two photographers is always better than one!

There is no reason that A "professional" photographer has any rights to all of the photos of these kids' lives. Amateur photographers should always be welcome. It's not an "exclusive". It's high school.
