Yes, of course it's a bit tongue in cheek...kinda. However, If you have traveled by air in the last 10 years, you know that the TSA has quickly become monstrously huge, overused, poorly ran, terribly rude, and well, just plain unconstitutional. Conversely, if you have eaten at a Chick-Fil-A in the past ten years (or whenever), you know that someone obviously has figured out how to train 16 year olds (at minimum wage, no less), how to offer quick, precise, and efficiently pleasant customer service. So while, we may never get "big brother" to forego groping grandma, and the kids, we should at least ask that they do it with a smile...right?
