Caffrey's is a landmark in Lacey and needs to be brought back to life. So many people have created memories there and we need our local spot back...the way it was.

Caffrees should be aloud to build on the original building footprint and not have to be moved farther off the roadway. I disagree with the towns stance on the matter

The resolution says 50% DESTROYED
The only PROFESSIONAL(Architecht/engineer) to review the ENTIRE site is of the opinion that it is NOT
50% Destroyed. (Foundation, Walls Roof)
No Proffesional from Lacey has reviewed the site nor made a determination.

My home town pub! I love this restaurant! Great food, cheap prices, wonderful people and staff!!! Please restore as it was! I am so upset I am not watching football there in 2018/19!

I don't think they can rebuild off of one standing wall. Lacey township building codes specifically state that if a structure is more than 50% damaged then it must be rebuilt. Its a shame but I think the law is pretty black and white on this and will stand as written.
