Definitely build on the existing footprint. The building does not impede on traffic flow.

We have been in Forked River since 1972. We found Caffree‘s by chance and been a loyal customer ever since. Sad to hear about the fire but very happy to hear about the rebuilding of a landmark for forked river. Looking forward for the rebuild and happy hour which we missed very much. Hurry up!!!!Looking forward to the reopening I’ll be there.

Caffrey's is located at an excellent location, it should be allowed to rebuild on its current site for the convenience of all its patrons. It has ample parking and did not present an issue when entering or exiting. Don't move it.

Please let Caffrey's restore! Do not make them move back & start from scratch. They were perfect a s they were. It is a fabulous place with lots of memories for all in the area.
