I think the fact that they are rebuilding from a fire should allow them to maintain their current footprint. I fail to see how that would set a precedence for future, incoming businesses.

Please let cafferys restore in its original footprint. They haven't had any issues in the past 20 yrs, along with the people before them. Why push it back now... let's get our community back to work! People who are trying to support themselves and their families!

An icon & staple of Lacey Township - moving the building & not allowing to rebuild on the same footprint is just plain “ball busting”! Let them rebuild & install the parking polls like they have at Wawa across the street along Route 9.
