School administrations tend to take their jobs entirely too seriously. Moreover, this sort of emotionally-reactive extremities end up causing more harm to America's youth than good, as they serve the example of an overbearing, reactive, blatantly petty 'leader' as being a socially respectable (and dare I say, responsible) demeanor of a person in authority. These young adults are expected to be the generative, pressure-handling, big-decision-making force behind America's near future - future Presidents, CEOs, and even school administrators among them - and knowing that they're being handled by such small individuals is entirely unsettling.

Let them walk. Let them speak. Don't punish them for doing something generations of seniors before them did. They never was trying to hurt anyone. Be fair!

Really? Ladybugs is that big of a deal? They are seniors....expect pranks its tradition! I live in a town where they let livestock loose inside the school and it was a 'laugh'...yes the seniors had to clean it up and yes they got to walk because it was a HARMLESS prank!!!

Senior pranks are nothing new, no one was hurt, let these kids walk and enjoy a day they worked so hard for.

let the kids walk. And let him speak. As a parent of one of the ones involved, this was a harmless prank. No one was injured or hurt. Far more serious offenders are let off thank this.

Have them clean the mess(or pay to if it's already done), and give them off-the-books community service that directly benefits the school. Let them walk but give them their real diploma upon completion of the service.

The school is run by a bunch of pu**ies. I don't even consider this a prank. They would have died at stuffy done back in the day
