Ashley connected me together with so many good people from other Borderless Houses and others. Some of them are still my best friends today.
Her involvement created a sense of supportive community that I especially needed when I was living in Tokyo during Covid. I am upmost grateful to her and think that she contributes an essential part of Borderless House; kindness.

Ashleigh is a pivotal member of the borderless community and is a key reason people know about the company or decide to stay within it. From linking houses, hosting parties, attending asakusabashi events and volunteering, she has given so much to the company it is quite shocking that she has not been given much grace with contract renewal. I would reconsider this decision not only out of goodwill to Ashleigh, but also for the continued benefits it brings to borderless through community making and making the share-houses attractive places to stay.

I lived in Borderless for over a year. Ashleigh was one of the first people I met and she introduced me to heaps of other people. It was because of Ashleigh that I could attend many other Borderless events and parties. She is really well loved by so, so many people from so many houses. It was be a massive loss if Ashleigh were to no longer live there.

One of Borderless House’s aspect is for its tenants to have a Borderless Mind that is to be a COMMUNITY MAKER. Ashleigh is literally one tenant of Borderless who embodies that certain aspect. She is able to create a friendly community not just within her house (in Itabashi) but also between and among other Borderless houses especially in Tokyo. It just comes as a shock and a disappointment that people like Ashleigh, who is able to make such communities, is not treated fairly and not being provided with reasonable causes. We should do better!

Ashleigh is the one who introduced me to Borderless House and I know that she has introduced several other people as well. She is well-liked and respected by fellow Borderless residents, not just from her own sharehouse, but from other sharehouses as well. It's insane that Borderless refuse to renew her contract, ESPECIALLY since she has done so much to promote Borderless House and is directly to thank for several residents choosen to move in with Borderless House (and have thus given Borderless good commercial and financial gain) Borderless House HAVE to do better
